ABOUT US
The Wymondley Wood Scout and Guide centre is a residential and camping centre for organised youth groups. It was opened by George Purdy (Chief Scout) and Jenny Leach (Chief Guide) in 2003.
Located between the picturesque villages of Willian and Great Wymondley in North Hertfordshire, the 4-acre site is situated in a 20-acre conservation area consisting of mature woodland, streams, ponds and open grassland.
We are also adjacent to the 18.5 km Greenway around Letchworth Garden City, which is suitable for safe off-road walking and cycling where there are many pleasant short walks in the locality.
